Following the outstanding success of our 2007 Advanced Summer School, we are delighted to announce the 2008 event. The exciting programme will appeal to all those working in advanced practice roles in a variety of settings. A must for nurse practitioners everywhere! There will be a wide choice of advanced clinical workshops, all designed to enhance and further develop your clinical skills. Workshops will run in parallel, enabling you to choose those topics most relevant to your own personal requirements. Use this course to demonstrate your continuing professional development as an advanced practitioner. All workshops will be led by experts in their field eg nurse consultants, medical consultants and specialist registrars, GPs with special interest, and will focus on skills development in key topics areas highlighted by advanced nurse practitioners as important for development. A strong practical focus to all sessions will ensure immediate clinical application in the workplace.
