 Practitioners Associates Ltd can provide 1:1 mentoring in the workplace. One of our experienced team will work alongside nurses in their own workplace. This is an effective way to reinforce new skills following a workshop, providing support and building confidence in an individual’s own working environment. It ensures new learning is translated to real-life practice issues and focusses on individual needs. Mentoring can be provided on a daily basis; we have received very positive feedbackfrom this service. If you are interested in one of these courses, contact us to discuss your individual needs.
